Sharing your celebration page is a breeze! 🎉 Once your page is ready, you can:

• Use our built-in buttons to share it directly to social media.
• Copy the unique link and send it to friends or family however you like.
• Download a shareable poster — a ready-made image with the page link and QR code, perfect for group chats or printing.

If you've added invitees during setup, they'll receive an email notification automatically when the page is published. For public pages, anyone with the link can jump in and contribute. And don't worry about the celebrant — we'll send them a special notification on the big day to make it extra memorable! 🎊

Yes, you can. Here's the breakdown:

Still editable after publishing:

• Most settings and preferences (private/public, post-celebration contributions, etc.)
• Adding new invitees (note: you can't remove ones already added)

Locked after publishing:

• The page template and design
• Gift anonymity settings once any gifts have been contributed

Locked once the celebration date arrives:

• Everything — once the big day hits, the page is fully locked.

If you spot a big issue before any contributions have come in, you can terminate the page from the confirmation screen and start fresh with a new one.

If it’s worth celebrating, it’s worth a Wishflo page! 🥳 Birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, baby showers—you name it. You can even use it for team celebrations at work or client appreciations. With our customizable templates, the possibilities are endless.

Not at all! 🎉 The celebrant doesn't need a Wishflo account to enjoy their page. On the celebration date, they'll receive a link via email (and optionally WhatsApp) that takes them straight to their page, where they can see all the messages, videos, and gifts waiting for them. No sign-up, no fuss - just a lovely surprise!

If logged in, celebrant won't receive any notification or be able to access the page until the celebration date arrives. Contributors can leave wishes, videos, and gifts in the meantime without worrying about spoiling anything.

For extra peace of mind, you can also enable Hide contributions before the celebration date in the page settings, this keeps messages, videos, and gifts hidden from any non-logged-in guests until the big reveal too. 🎊

That's entirely up to you! When setting up your page, you choose the privacy level:

• Public: Anyone with the link can view and contribute - great for spreading the love far and wide.
• Private: Only you, the celebrant, and the specific invitees you've added can access it. They'll need to log in with the email address you invited. 🔒
